Mina Kakania has been for years a food editor in BHMA, the largest Greek newspaper, as well as the advisor of the Greek “TOP CHEF” TV series. Her knowledge of Greek regional foods, wines, and culinary lore is extensive. She has an International Diploma by Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
She is a Wellesley College alumnae, mother of two, also mother of an arrogant dog called Spithas. She is a notorious hostess, a true spaghetti lover and the Editor in Chief of Gourmed.
