Salmon with Cream Cheese Sauce
The creamy and luxurious sauce is perfect over the delicate salmon. Serve with pasta of your choice.
- 8 slices fresh salmon
- 1/2 teacup dry white wine
- some fresh dill chopped
- 400 gr cream cheese
- 1 teacup dairy cream
- salt and pepper
Steam the salmon in a little water in a non-stick pan for 3 - 5 minutes.
Add the wine and dill and continue boiling for 2 more minutes.
Place the salmon in the serving dish.
In the same pan in which the fish was boiled mix the cream cheese and dairy cream and allow to boil for a few minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
When the sauce is ready, pour over the salmon.
