Cheese Appetizer: Spicy Whipped Feta
This classic cheese spread can be found in every menu in every taverna everywhere. It is so easy to make and so flavorful. It can be enjoyed as a meze or dip with pita crisps.
250 g hard tin-aged feta
2 to 3 long green chili peppers, deseeded and chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended.
2. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
