Wine with Rosewater and Rose petals

Perhaps strange looking at first, this recipe can be used for a variety of things; make it iced for a dinner party aperitif or use it to aromatize a fruit dessert or cream.
Rose water can be delightful for some and deplorable to others, so if using for a party make sure to offer an alternative.
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 2 tbsp of rosewater (for cooking, purchased in a pharmacy)
- 4 tbsp of honey
- 1 handful of rose petals (fresh or biological fresh)
Dissolve the honey with a little wine and add the rosewater.
Add the mixture into the remaining wine.
Leave it in the fridge to cool and at the last minute add the rose petals, along with ice cubes to make it a frozen delicacy!
