Cheese Spread: Ktypiti or Kopanisti or Tyrokafteri
Serve this peppery, spicy creamy cheese spread with toasted pita bread triangles or fresh vegetables and you have a quick and easy appetizer that's sure to please.
100 g feta cheese very well crushed
150 g yoghurt or light cottage cheese
100 g boiled, seeded, skinned red sweet pepper (paprika or florina type) in a can or jar
a dash of red hot chilly pepper
1. Mix yoghurt and peppers in the blender.
2. Add cheese and chili pepper and mix.
