Bruschetta with tomato jam and goat cheese

A Gourmed bruschetta with tomato jam and goat cheese that combines the contrast of the sweet and sour strawberry in balsamic vinegar.

Two white baguettes thickly sliced

3 large cloves of garlic, halved

100 gr. tomato jam

100 gr. mixed nuts

200 gr. goat cheese with rind

Salt and Pepper


Cut the baguette into small thin slices.

Bake the slices of bread on the grill.

Once browned, add two tablespoons of tomato jam.

Pour over minced goat cheese.

Serve by adding the chopped nuts on top.
