Salad with Rocket, Walnuts, and Apple

Dressing:
5 tbsp walnut oil
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp apple vinegar
Salt, pepper
Salad:
2 apples, peeled and cored
1 bunch rocket
1/3 cup of chopped walnuts
100g of sfela cheese
Οδηγίες:
- Wash the rocket, removing woody stems.
- Slice the apples into thin slices.
- Roughly chop the walnuts
1. Combine dressing ingredients.
2. Arrange apple slices over a bed of rocket, and top with cheese, walnuts and dressing.
