Martini and Lemon Balm Flounder
This is a great fish dish full of citrus flavor. Serve with rice.
- 300 gr flounder fillets
- ½ cup Martini
- ½ cup white wine
- 3 spoonfuls lemon balm fresh or 2 spoonfuls dried
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dairy cream
- olive oil
Cut the flounder fillets in half, lengthwise, wrap them into a roll and fasten with toothpicks.
Sautée onion with some olive oil.
Add the flounder and smother with the Martini.
Add the white wine and the lemon balm and boil for approximately 10 minutes.
Finally, add the dairy cream and stir until the sauce becomes fast.
