Breaded Crawfish with Spices

These savory and spicy crawfish are so crunchy  and delicious you can never have enough.

Ingredients:

20 equal in thickness slices of French baguette
20 crawfish, cleaned
5 slices toast bread crumbled
orange gratings
1 bunch parsley
oil for frying
salt, pepper

Procedure:

1.  Cut the French baguette, toast the slices and keep them warm.

2.  Grind in the blender the toast bread, the gratings from a slice of orange peel and the leaves of the parsley.

3.  Bread with this mixture the cleaned crawfish and fry them in hot oil until they are slightly brown and crunchy.

4.  Salt and pepper them and place them on the warm bread slices.

Tips

Serve with a creamy horseradish dip
