Mushroom Salad

Mushrooms are versatile, quick to cook and nutritious. Mix them into a salad for a new accompaniment to your favorite meal.

Ingredients:

1 large package fresh mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch celery
1 tsp mustard powder
1 ½ lemon (the juice)
½ cup oil
1 tbs vinegar
salt and pepper

Procedure:

  • Wash, dry with paper towel and cut fast the mushrooms. Sprinkle them with a little lemon so that they do not blacken.
  • Finely chop the celery and garlic.

1.  Mix the oil and the lemon, add vinegar, mustard, celery and garlic and pour over the mushrooms.
