Marinated Chicken

The ingredients of this marinade are easy to find and help make any part of the chicken tender and full of flavor and aroma.

Ingredients:

For the marinade

  • 3 tbs oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 150 gr vinegar
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • thyme
  • salt, black pepper

 

  • 5 pieces of chicken legs

Procedure:

Preheat oven at 200° C.

After mixing the ingredients for the marinade in a baking dish (or other available kitchen utensil), soak the chicken in the mix.

Allow to sit for at least an hour to absorb the juices (additional time increases the meat flavor).

Next, place the dish directly in the oven and bake the chicken as is.
