Mozzarella, tomato and basil ciabatta

This is a quick and easy vegetarian meal!

Ingredients:


1 medium-sized ciabatta
½ mozzarella ball, sliced
2-3 thin slices of tomato
2 tsp pesto sauce
lettuce or rocket leaves
salt, pepper

Procedure:

Split and halve the ciabatta.

Spread the pesto generously on each slice.

To assemble: alternate mozzarella and tomato. Season well. Finish with the greens and top with the ciabatta.

Wrap each sandwich individually and refrigerate until needed.
