These wonderful butter cookies will melt in your mouth and disappear quickly. Their flavor is sweet and buttery with just a hint of vanilla. How can you resist?
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
2 doses vanilla, powder
Preheat oven at 180°C.
- Beat the sugar with the butter, add the egg and the vanilla and beat until the mixture turns white and then add the flour.
- Wrap the dough in cellophane and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Using a rolling pin, roll open the dough approximately 1/2 cm thickness then cut with a cookie cutter.
- Bake at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes and leave them 5 minutes to cool.
