This easy,elegant and delicious appetizer is perfect for entertaining guests.

- 200 gr smoked salmon,finely chopped
- 2 spoonfuls caper,finely chopped
- 1 pickled cucumber,finely chopped
- 2 spring onions,finely chopped
- finely chopped parsley
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 spoonfuls olive oil
- fresh ground pepper
Procedure:
The caper, cucumber, onions and smoked salmon are finely chopped and mixed with the olive oil, pepper, parsley and lemon juice.
Use a pastry ring filled with the mix to serve.
