Milk and Grape Jello
The milk adds a more creamy texture to this fruit gelatin dessert.
- 500 ml of fresh milk
- 40 gr of sugar
- 2 sheets of gelatine
- 1 sachet or ampoule of powdered vanilla
- fruits of your choice, cut into cubes
Heat together 200 ml of the milk and the sugar.
Place the gelatin sheets in cold water to soften.
Add softened gelatin to the milk and sugar mixture.
Add the remaining milk and the vanilla. , and then the fruits.
Mix and pour in a rectangular pan of your choice. Refrigerate until the mixture is the consistency of thin pudding and then add fruits.
Allow to stand in the fridge for 3 hours in order to cool and set.
Serve with extra fruits of your choice.
