Baked Fish

This delicious baked fish should be  served with rice pilaf.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of cleaned fish (salpa)
  • 4 large onions,finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of parsley,finely chopped
  • garlic,finely chopped
  • wild celery, finely chopped
  • fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 8 sour plums, blanched

Procedure:

Preheat oven at 180° C.

Boil 2 of the onions, the parsley, garlic, celery and mint.

Stuff the fish with the other 2 onions.

Arrange the fish on a baking tray, pour over the vegetables and scatter the plums around the fish.

Bake for 30 minutes.
