Shrimp and Mussels Casserole

The key to this cheesy seafood casserole is not to overcook the shrimps and mussels.

Ingredients:

1 lb. shrimp, medium, cleaned
1 lb. mussels, cooked
1/4 lb. feta cheese crumbled
1/4 lb. hard cheese grated
2 tsp. of finely chopped garlic
1 c. scallions chopped
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice, fresh
1 tbs. parsley, chopped
1 tbs. basil, fresh, chopped
1 tbs. dill, fresh, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Procedure:

 

1.  Saute scallions. 

2.  Add herbs,  garlic,  shrimps, mussels,  and cheeses.

3.  Add tomato sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; mix well. You can serve after ten minutes

Tips

Serve with rice and a green salad.
