Influencing Hawaii Lodging, Hospitality & Foodservice Expo through Mediterranean Cuisines

The Hawaii Lodging, Hospitality & Foodservice Expo was launched in 1995 as the Hawaii Hotel & Restaurant Expo and provides exhibitors immediate and direct access to Hawaii's largest and most important market. It is the only trade event serving Hawaii's entire lodging, hospitality and foodservice industry, the largest and most important economic segment of the State of Hawaii.

The role of food behind the success of hotels and restaurants is greater than role of their hospitality. It is taste that brings more customers. Hospitality also plays a role, but more people come to such expos for the sake of newly new tastes of food. That’s where Mediterranean Cuisines have a great potential for chefs and restaurant owners.



4,732 buyers attended in 2013. Admission is free. Try to attract more attention by using the knowledge of the Mediterranean cuisine, that will impress all visitors. 

If all the participant chefs use mostly  Mediterranean Recipes , and especially those of of GOURMED, they will be able to gain the attention of participants as well as to seek better exposure opportunities in the show.
