Kopanisti Kykladon

A soft, off-white, creamy cheese without a shape or an outer skin. It is made from sheep, goat or cow milk or a mixture of all three, and has a rich, salty and peppery flavour. It is manufactured throughout Greece's Cycladic Islands.
